Age Limit: Minimum 18 years  and maximum 44 years

Age Relaxation:The upper age limit is raised up to 10 years from 34 to 44 years 

Educational Qualification: Applicant must possess the qualification from a recognized university in a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering/Electrical and Electronics Engineering.

Fee:Each applicant must pay Rs 120/-(RUPEES ONE HUNDRED  TWENTY ONLY)

Applicants belonging to SC/ST/BC/PH exempted from payment of examination fee.

Payment Mode:Candidate  has to visit the website  tstransco.cgg.gov.in  to view the detailed notification under guide.After payment of fee the candidates has to click on the link SUBMIT APPLICATION to complete the process of  application submission.

Scheme Of Examination:The written  test comprising of 100 marks consists of 100 multiple choice questions. Section A consists of 80 questions on core technical subject and remaining 20 questions on General Awareness and numerical ability.

Duration of  written examination will be 120 minutes i.e 2 hours only.

Date And Time Of Examination:

1.Assistant Engineer(Electrical) - 11/03/2018 from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm

2.Assistant Engineer(Civil)- 11/03/2018 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

3.Assistant Engineer(Telecom)-11/03/2018 from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm

Examination Centers:The written examination for recruitment of Assistant Engineer(Electrical,Civil,Telecom)will be held at different centers in the GHMC area.

Selection Process: Written Examination / Document verification for final merit list candidates

Terms and Conditions of Service:

Scale of pay: Rs 41155-63600

Training cum probation: The candidates appointed to post shall be placed on probation for a period of 2 years which includes 1 year training.

Place of Posting:The candidates appointed  shall be required to work at the substation of TRANSCO for a minimum period of 3 years.
